Qaus offers FREE Shipping on orders above PKR 2,000 throughout Pakistan. Delivery period is usually 2-5 business days after the order has been placed. For credit card payments, the authorization may take up to 2 additional days to process your order. Delivery may take longer in remote areas in Pakistan.
“Cash On Delivery” orders will be processed after successful telephonic or sms based verification. However, Qaus may process “Cash on Delivery” orders without verification for repeat customers or in certain events such as Eid, New Launches or sale period.
We offer FREE International Shipping to customers ordering merchandise of equal or more than 300 USD$. All international orders are normally delivered in 8-10 business days after the order has shipped out. After your payment is authorized, it can take us up to 2 days to process your order and ship the package. This is only estimated and does not include weekends and holidays.
In some cases, your delivery area may be considered as a Remote Area by DHL or Fedex etc. As it is not possible to calculate this at the time of placement of order, you will be informed by our customer service department via a phone call or email and a revised invoice will be sent to you for payment of Remote Area charges.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Order can be tracked by visiting the courier website and entering the provided tracking number.
QAUS offers premium stitching service for unstitched collections. This service if opted will add up an additional 10-12 business days in the shipping time. This timeline may extend during seasons of high demand such as Eid, New year or Signature launches.
International orders may be subject to taxes and duties at the time of delivery to you in some countries. We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout, as these vary from country to country. Payment of any applicable customs, import and duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.
